Title: BAKED CHICKEN WITH PROVOLONE AND PASTA Description: Chicken Italian dinner which I make sometimes.
Chicken can be cooked on a grill too!
Ingredients: Package frozen boneless chicken breasts
sprinkle basil
sprinkle dill
sprinkle garlic powder
sprinkle parsley
sprinkle salt
sprinkle pepper
3 cups Ragu sauce or your own
Package sliced provolone cheese
Serve with pasta (Spaghetti)
Directions: Put the chicken breasts in a baking pan, sprayed
with a non-stick spray.

Sprinkle herbs and seasonings on top of chicken
breasts.

Bake uncovered at 375F for 1 hour.

Meanwhile, heat the sauce and cook the pasta
separately - cook pasta according to package
directions.

Once the pasta is cooked and drained, return to the
saucepan and put a pat of margarine or butter in it
and mix well..

With a layer of sauce covering bottom of another
baking pan, pour in pasta.

When the chicken is finished baking, put it on top of
the pasta.

Place the cheese
on top of the chicken.

Pour the remaining sauce on top of all.

Put under the broiler until the cheese is melted and
bubbly.

Serve with Garlic Bread and salad.
Number Of Servings:Approx. 6 Preparation Time:1 hour 30 mins
