Family -
Just wanted us to remember the birthday of our cousin, Lorraine Cyrus Davis. She was born May 25, 1933 & passed to Heaven on June 23, 2011. (So fitting that we will all be together on her birthday this year).
Lorraine was the 'official' mower of the Hill. Even as her back was giving her so much pain, she continued for as long as she could to keep the Cyrus cemetery ready for our Reunion. She told me once that she felt it was her calling & that she truly enjoyed the task. And we truly miss her. We will be remembering her this Sunday as we gather on the Hill.
Much love to Lorraine's daughter, Debbie, & all of Uncle Jeff's family as we remember Lorraine.
