So sorry to hear about Jessie. My sister Eleanor gets the Ashland paper and called to inform me of Jessie passing.
Cousins,
Jessie Ross descended from Poppy Joe's uncle, Samuel Cyrus (1/2 brother of Poppy Joe's dad, Andrew Jackson Cyrus). Jessie's farm is on Durbin Creek in Boyd County Kentucky (Where Andrew Jackson Cyrus grew up). Many of us have stopped at the farm in the fall to purchase sorghum (Mom loved it). You may have noticed the large 'Sorghum' signs on US23 between Ashland and Louisa.
Jessie (and Lucy) attended The Homecoming last year.

thank you so very much .
My mom (June Queen Lewis) and aunt sally stayed in touch and when my mom passed Uncle Jessie just took up where thay left off.I want to Know more about my family. I have lots of good things to look back on and hopefully more to look forward to.
