I base this on the fact that I had never heard of MyFamily until Saundra K. urged me to begin a site for the Cyrus's. I don't know how she learned of MyFamily, but I checked into it and according to my member information my id was created on 29 Dec 1999. I saw an ad on TV right after I retired that said...' save your family heritage... collect pictures and keep in contact with loved ones far away.... join My Family. com It will not be made public... You can only log on IF INVITED!' That part sold me... and just as soon as I could I informed you. It has certainly paid off and I would like to share in your expenses. If you don't tell me I will just send you a check anyway. That is just the kind of Girl I am.... The first year or so was free, then for a while it was $20 per year, and even now it is just $30 per year. It gives me a satisfaction to provide the site for the family. If I didn't pay this small fee I'd feel obligated to do something else for the family, like make chicken and dumplins for the Homecoming.
