Title: Grandma Cobb's COTTAGE CHEESE SALAD Description: A holiday dessert my Grandma Cobb made on Easter and Christmas. VERY EASY. Ingredients: 1 lg. container sm. curd cottage cheese
1 sm. box Jello (dry) (Lime Christmas, Orange Easter)
1 sm. can mandarin oranges (drained)
1 lg. can crushed pineapple (drained)
1 med. container Cool Whip
(Add chopped walnuts if desired) Directions: Mix cottage cheese and 1 small box of dry lime Jello together.
Add drained oranges & pineapple, mix well.
Then add Cool Whip and if desired add chopped walnuts and mix well.
Refrigerate. Number Of Servings:Varries Preparation Time:15 Mins (1-2 hours Refrigerate)
